Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Yurocket (the “Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you're using Yurocket on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Yurocket is a spreadsheet-style lead enrichment and outbound-email automation tool. You upload or enter data, enrich it via AI and HTTP columns, and optionally push it to outbound platforms like Instantly.

• You're responsible for keeping your password / OAuth credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for any activity under your account, including actions by people you've invited to your workspace.
• You must provide a valid email and accurate account information.
• One account per person. Don't share login credentials with non-team-members.

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) or violate applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.). Yurocket is for legitimate B2B outreach to recipients who have a reasonable basis to hear from you.
• Send messages that are deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful in the recipient's jurisdiction.
• Scrape, store, or transmit personal data without a lawful basis under applicable privacy law.
• Reverse engineer the Service, circumvent rate limits, attempt to access other workspaces' data, or probe for security issues without coordinated disclosure.
• Use the Service to compete with Yurocket or to build a competing product.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice when the conduct creates a risk for other users or recipients.

You retain ownership of all data, leads, prompts, sequences, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to run the Service. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. The Service connects to third-party platforms (Anthropic, Instantly, Resend, Supabase, Google, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages, billing, data handling, or actions taken by those providers. You're responsible for any charges those providers bill you (e.g. Anthropic API usage, Instantly mailbox limits).

We work to keep the Service running but make no uptime guarantees. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yurocket and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yurocket and its operators against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) Your Content, (c) your use of the Service for outreach that violates anti-spam or privacy laws.

You can close your account at any time by emailing arslan.j@yurocket.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (your content license to historical backups, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll email workspace owners at the address on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
